  1. There are no FAQ list, so i ask here. Who made the irish tune for the audible release of quaters share?

    1. I think you mean the audio podcast versions. There’s no music on the Audible edition (that I’m aware of).

The music credits *should* be in the rollout at the end of each episode but in case they’ve been cut off, I list all the music credits here:

  2. I loved the Wizard’s Butler, is there a sequel planned? Please, pretty please?
Preferably full length, but I’m desperate and would adore even short stories in that world.
    Thank you!

  3. Can’t wait to hear another Ishmael story. I’ve heard the original podcasts years ago and relisted twice through audible. Thanks for keeping me entertained!

  4. Hi Nathan! Please tell me there is a version of the new books narrated by you. I’m really not feeling Jeffery Kafer. He feels wrong for Ishmael and as many times as I’ve listened to the Solar Clipper podcasts, I can’t get into his version of your characters. I’d rather deal with the hassle of managing podcast feeds then listen to him.

I have immense love for the story you wove and I’m hunting a way to have my kindle or Dragon dictate to read the text with a robot voice while I wait for a version with your fantastic voice.

Also, how can I send you money to show my appreciation for your work? I refuse to use my audible credits but want you to keep making new content. Maybe just buy the kindle copies?

    1. Sorry to disappoint you, Aaron. I’m unable to narrate these days. It’s the reason I licensed the audio to Podium – so at least somebody would put out the audiobooks.

Maybe just buy the Kindle copies. That’s probably the best. 🙂

  5. Are any of your Shorter Works listed connected to any of your novels/series? If so, how do they fit? Thanks in advance and best wishes…hope to see you keep up the good work!

    1. The novella is a prequel explaining how Odin’s Outpost came to be founded.

Wingman (the only short story related to the universe) is a prequel to Captain’s Share. It explores Stacy Arellone’s relationship to the crew and why a certain member of said crew found her presence to be problematic.

    1. No plans on hard cover.

I’m behind on producing paperbacks. I need to do one for Dark Knight Station, too. I’ve just been too distracted lately. 🙁

  6. I, too, am looking forward to more stories on Shackleford House! I don’t know what I was expecting when I started to read The Wizard’s Butler, but I’ve absolutely fallen in love with a characters and the house! I am eager to learn how Roger’s relationship with the pixies and fairies develops! I do hope there is more to come!

  7. I’m trying to figure out the cover art for Hard Knocks…. What is it? It doesn’t look like any solar clipper I can imagine… I thought maybe an orbital, but there don’t seem to be enough docking ports…

    1. Let me know if you figure it out.

I think it’s some kind of space ship, but none of the Podium covers have ships that look like the ones in the stories. 😀

  8. I just want to put in a good word for Jeffrey Kafer…I discovered your books on Audible after a TBI and visual focusing was problematic. I have listened to a lot of audio books with a wide variety of narrators (my Audible library is 2000+). I am currently rereading (via audio) your books in my annual Nathan Lowell binge and I still love Jeffrey’s interpretation. I know who is talking by the inflection of Jeffrey’s voice…I can feel the snarky dialog, hear the passion and get swept away into the story by his pauses, volume, intonation, etc., etc., etc. As far as I am concerned, his narration is spot on.

Mr. Lowell, thank you so much for bringing us along on your travels. Your stories are a beautiful respite from reality for me. I was very perturbed by my job for interrupting Captain’s Share this morning.

  10. Hi! Just came here to look for answers on if there’d be additional Wizard’s Butler books. Looks like there’s a fickle cat you’re trying to wrangle for book 2. Best of luck! Looking forward to reading more in this series!! Also like to add, I thought Tom Taylorson did a fantastic job narrating & bringing the characters to life in The Wizard’s Butler! Great choice.

  11. Hi, I’m a big fan of your writing. I came here looking to see what’s coming up. I am very sorry to read that you’ve been ill. Please accept my wishes that you will feel up to writing soon.
