Still Alive

You might be hard pressed to prove it based on my visibility lately, but I’m still alive.

The last couple of months have been trying. Mostly I’ve been trying to get my head above water – and failing. An adjustment to my medications went awry and I’m only now beginning to find my balance again.

In August I need to get Cape Grace finished because I’ve an editor on standby for September 1. I’ve paid the deposit and if I don’t get the book done, there will be some significant consequences. It’s not like there aren’t consequences anyway but you probably get my drift.

Thanks for the supporting comments and well-wishes. I hope I’ve turned a corner and – starting tomorrow – things will begin to get back on track.

Of course, I’m notoriously optimistic about this stuff…

  3. Glad to here things are looking up.

  9. Dear Mr. Lowell,

Sorry to hear you have not been well. We wish you a speedy recovery!

My husband and I want to thank you profusely for your wonderful audio book A Trader’s Tale. I anxiously wait until we are driving in our motorhome to listen to the next chapter. You have a fantastic imagination. It keeps us totally enthralled as we drive along boring Interstates. While listening to your terrific tale time passes very quickly. It is one of those stories you can not put down. We are on an Owner’s Share and we don’t want it to end! Thank you for keeping us entertained. Please continue writing, we love your stories.
    Yours truly, Terry & Jeff

  10. I just love your characters and am eagerly anticipating any new offerings you have in the works. You could offer a backstory or forward story on anyone of your wonderful characters, worlds or enterprises and I would read it. Please take good care of your energy! You add such value to the world!
