Loved this episode. So glad you got out on this beautiful day. Many wishes for good health and recovery. You were mentioning that you wished for the neck exercises to be easier to do or at least a bit more mindless, so that you could do them while playing a game…I have an App I use for some of my workout sessions, but have adapted them to do regular breathwork sessions. It’s called IntervalTimer. It can be programmed for intervals as small as one second, etc. and you can set up 8 “sets” of 5 seconds on, however many seconds off (high and low intervals), and it will signal you when the count is up (you choose the sound signal.) Thought you might be able to adapt this to count for you, and make it as close to automatic as possible. You can even set a rest break time (even hours), between the sets of high and low intervals. Won’t be quite mindless, but may help you be able to ‘multi-task’ a bit.
I loved the Drew Hayes Spells Swords and Stealth series of books. His other works are also outstanding, particularly Forging Hephaestus. It is a big book, I think about 200k words, and for me, it turns the superhero world on its head.
