Day 2301: Bread and Writing

Talked ad nauseam about yeast, starters, and bread baking before shifting to talk about The Wizard’s Cat. I’m really eager to get going on that one. It probably shows.

    Re: Aesop’s Fables. I’m of the opinion that, since the Bible can’t be taught in public schools in the US, and church/Sunday school attendance is only a fraction of what it was 50 years ago, that Aesop should be taught in grade school as a secular substitute for the Bible to impart basic morality.
