Day 2427: Brrr.

First sub-freezing morning of the season. Snow in the forecast. I probably should have put on my rain gear and walked when it was a balmy 42F.

Talked about Bob and Nikki, Factorio, and the leaves.

Overcast morning view of the park. A few red leaves. A few yellow. Brown and rust colored grasses. Several of the trees are missing most of their foliage.

    Locusts vs Locust Trees. When I grew up in Ohio, we had locust trees. If you take the mature and dry seed pods and shake them, they rattle. If a few are being rattled, it can sound like locusts buzzing.
