Walked but didn’t turn off the network. Some spam call bounced the connection but didn’t ring through and I missed the recorder being shut down just a few minutes into the walk.

You didn’t miss much. Tomorrow’s another day.

It’s finally better. Taking a few days off from squats and walking made a big difference. We’ll see if walking hurts.

Talked about the futility of advertising, geese, an errant bald eagle, and the beautiful morning to be out and about.
