I realized that it’s time to evaluate the year-in-progress. That was partly spurred by shifting to walking earlier and having a bit of dissonance introduced in the flow of my day. It wasn’t working. I talked a lot about that today.

Really hope you don’t decide to wrap up this podcast. It really seems to do you a lot of good. I remember when you alternated directions every couple of week, pretty much rain or snow. I remember tracking on the map as you “walked” all the way to BaltiCon. I remember your discussions about the classes you were teaching.
Walking seems to let your subconscious sort out issues as you randomly chat.
Yeah. I don’t plan to stop this. I need the exercise and find the walking/talking/meditative nature to be beneficial, even if I were only doing it for myself.
I *might* designate a day of rest though.
