On sharing, I use Samba on my two computers that I connect. I share my Obsidian folder between them. I don’t get on the one smaller machine very often, but it’s nice to be able to access Obsidian when I do and not have to sync it. Samba connects to Windows as well, or at least it used to.
Great to hear an SSH user! I had days with that and it does give that nice geeky feeling, doesn’t it! Next thing you’ll tell me your are using Vi/Vim or Emacs. I saw some guy on Mastodon making a switch from Obsidian to Emacs. I am keeping an eye on him, but so far he is still raving about what Emacs does. No thank you.
