Regarding sourdough feeding, you might look into the “scrapings” method where you keep a very small amount of starter and feed it just when you want to make bread. You feed it just enough for your bread and leave the “scrapings” in the jar for the next time you bake. Game changer – no more waste. I learned about it in a Bake with Jack – scrapings youtube vid.
