I found myself ending the walk by just enjoying the day. Not sure what I was thinking but being in the moment was part of it.

What will happen to the web of “also-boughts”? Will that connect into the new edition fairly quickly? You’ve probably already covered this ground, but I was thinking that you need to built a web of connections to other, independent ebooks of yours as quickly as possible to help tide you over. I was also wondering what South Coast needs done to be released, and thinking that if you’re commissioning artwork, it would be good to put out some queries for that one as well. (I feel kind of silly bringing this up, and apologize if it seems like I’m butting in.)
We start over. All links are broken. It’s one of the downsides of the deal. It’s why I’ve been loathe to go down this road in the past.
And yeah. South Coast. Good idea.
Given the slightly urgent nature of things, I’d say just go with the ebooks first, and then come back and get the paper editions sorted out after the ebooks are out and building connections as “also-boughts.”
