Most of the side-effects have been mild. I’ve worked around the food problem a bit. We’ll see how it goes on the next couple of days.
I’ve not found the crippling fatigue, but then I’m not doing much except treatments and self-care. The fam is helping a lot – for which I’m very grateful.

Thanks. It’s good to hear from you and that you are doing okay.
Good to hear. You need to get better or I’ll show up and give you a man hug. Then people will talk. You don’t need that image right now. Oh FYI number two urn is out of coffee. Keep your family close to you. And get a dog. There better than cats. I hope I stirred you up. Cause you are in my thoughts. Get well
Dear Nathan,
Balancing protein with fiber is key! Sleeping well also helps your body repair itself properly. Love my FitBit to give me data points on food intake, sleep quality (corelating which things decrease good sleep). Vitamin D is huge (Irish girl here) between the skin cancer and heat intolerace- supplementation was the way to go. From the bottom of my heart, keep on, keeping on and trust Lois!
Love Vicki
