End Of February

The month ended with a very tough week. We’ve got a child in the hospital and it’s rather a challenge to keep things moving forward. (She’ll be home on Monday.)

I only missed a couple of days for the daily walk (red circles on the date) at the end of the month but most of the work days have been either blue (good progress) or green (goal met).

Careful viewing will show that I’ve been working on Owner’s Share for the last ten days or so. The goal for the 28th was “publish.”

Here’s the link for Owner’s Share on Amazon.com.

ETA: Yeah. Apparently the first upload had conversion errors for ellipses and an odd font change in chapter four that I didn’t see. If those are bothering you, wait until the 2nd (for the file to have time to update) and you can get the new file by “managing your kindle” on your Amazon account page.

  1. Wow!!! I stared at the link for quite some time, clicked on it and stared at the cover for 30 seconds just stunned! Fantastic surprise! Beautiful cover and now I can read it and see what I missed in the audio that created the buzz. 🙂

  2. Mr. Lowell – My best wishes for the recovery of the health of your family. I believe there is nothing more emotionally stressful than caring for the health of our children. Regarding Owners Share fresh release I just have to thank you for your commitment to your work and readers. I just clicked the link and immediately after this note I will start reading it. For me your timing was perfect. This weekend is Carnaval holiday in Brazil and I could not think of a better way to spend it. as afinal note I just wanted to report that the search of Amazon webpage still does not show the Owners Share. I believe this should change in a few hours or days. Best regards.

    1. Thanks, Ricardo.

I pressed the “publish” button only a few hours ago. It’ll show up in search within a few hours here, I’m sure. 🙂

      Hope you enjoy it.

  3. Thank you for your hard work and I hope for the speedy recovery of your family. I understand the stress that comes with that going on.

Also I’d love to congratulate you on getting the full series out on ebook. I’m sure it’s been a huge undertaking and journey especially since the debacle with your previous publisher. I’ve been listening since Captain’s share came out and have listened over the audiobooks several times.

Keep up the great work and I look forward to new works. 😀

  4. I finished another book last night and could dive into Owner’s Share. It never fails to surprise me how wonderful your writing is when seen in print!! I loved the series in audio form which is how I found you, but seeing the words in print, assuming they are the same words as in the audio, is just wonderful, Nate! I’m sorry to say that I’m always at a loss for words when I try to write a little review after reading one of your books. I wish I could do them justice. Maybe I’ll just put those two sentences in the review and let it go at that. This is a long book and my reading time is being split up with other things, but I’m saving it for my favorite reading in the day–like dessert. Thanks for the hard work getting this in print!
